Digital solutions provider Comviva, which is a Tech Mahindra subsidiary, on Monday announced the appointment of Rajesh Chandiramani as CEO and whole-time director. This role went into effect from 1st of June 1, 2024 

Chandiramani took over this portfolio from Manoranjan 'Mao' Mohapatra who retired in May 2024. However,  according to a company statement, Mohapatra is said to continue serving as the board member for Comviva as a non-executive director.

Chandiramani held senior leadership roles at Tech Mahindra previously, wherein, he had served as the business unit head for strategic markets in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa, Japan, and India concerning the Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME) vertical.
